01 · the problem

Email, Office Apps & Collaboration for Every Business.

Most small businesses grow into their email rather than setting it up: a Gmail here, the old web host's mailbox there, one person's personal account for the invoices, and the files that matter living on whichever laptop made them. It works until someone leaves, a laptop dies, or a client asks why your address isn't your company.

What changes

  • Everyone on name@yourcompany.com, on one tenant you own
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams on every device, signed in once
  • Files in SharePoint and OneDrive – shared, versioned, backed up, found
  • Multi-factor sign-in for everyone, so a leaked password is not a breach
  • A leaver's mail and files kept when they go, not lost with the laptop

02 · how it works

Verified. Migrated. Enrolled. Secured.

We set the tenant up the way an enterprise IT team would, scaled to you: the domain verified and the mail records cut over cleanly, every mailbox migrated with its history, every device enrolled and signed in, and the security baseline switched on before anyone starts using it. People arrive on Monday to the same mail and files, in a better place.

Under the hood

  • Tenant, licences and domain, with the DNS done properly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • Mailbox migration from Gmail, Google Workspace, cPanel, Exchange or IMAP
  • SharePoint and OneDrive structured for how you actually work
  • Teams set up for calls, meetings and the channels you will use
  • Device enrolment with Intune, with the baseline policies applied
  • MFA, conditional access and anti-phishing on from day one

03 · what you get

An IT setup that runs itself – and someone to call.

A tenant set up properly stops being a topic. Mail just works, files are where people expect them, new starters get everything on their first morning, and leavers are off by lunch. We stay on as the IT team you call when something is odd, and we keep the licences, the policies and the backups in order while you forget about them.

In the box

  • The tenant, migrated, secured and documented
  • Joiners and leavers handled the same day
  • Licences right-sized every quarter, so you are not paying for ghosts
  • Backups of mail and files, checked, not assumed
  • Support from people who set it up, with a plain answer when you ask

05 · questions people ask before they say yes

We are on Gmail. Will we lose anything moving over?

No. Mail, folders, contacts and calendars come across with their history, and the old addresses keep forwarding during the cut-over so nothing in transit is lost. Most people notice on Monday that Outlook is open and their mail is in it.

Can we keep using Google Docs or Dropbox?

You can, and some businesses keep one or two tools. But most of the value is in one place for everything, so we will show you what the move looks like for your files and let you decide.

Which licences do we actually need?

Usually Business Basic for mail-only seats and Business Standard or Premium for people who need the desktop apps or the stronger security. We pick per person, not per company, and review it every quarter.

Do we have to buy new laptops?

No. Windows and Mac both enrol; so do phones. If a machine is genuinely too old to be secured we will say so, but that is the exception.

What about security – is MFA annoying?

It is one tap in the Authenticator app, mostly on new devices. It is also the single biggest thing standing between a leaked password and someone reading your mail, so it goes on for everyone, on day one.

How long does it take?

A business of ten to thirty people is usually live in under a week, with the migration itself running over a night or a weekend. Larger or messier estates take a little longer; we will say how long on the call.

Who owns the tenant?

You do, from the first day. The admin account is yours, the licences are billed to you, and if you ever stop working with us nothing changes but who you phone.

next step

Fifteen minutes to count the seats and the mailboxes, and we will tell you how long it takes and what it costs. If it is not worth doing yet, we will say so.
