google reviews — on autopilot

Review Automation.

More five-star Google reviews, without chasing anyone. Every customer gets asked at the right moment, with one tap to your review form – then one polite nudge if they forget. You do the work. The reviews turn up on their own.

01 · the problem

Your happiest customers are the quiet ones.

People leave a review when something goes wrong and get on with their day when it goes right. So a business doing good work sits at 4.1 with eleven reviews while a worse one across town shows 4.7 with two hundred – and Google Maps sends the customer there. The fix isn't better service. It's asking, every time, in a way that takes ten seconds.

What changes

  • Every customer asked – not just the ones you remember
  • One tap from the message to your Google review form
  • One reminder if they forget, then we leave them alone
  • Everyone gets asked: filtering is against Google's rules, and we won't build it

02 · how it works

Job done. Message sent. Review live.

We plug into whatever already knows a job is finished – your booking system, invoicing, card machine, CRM or the spreadsheet you keep anyway – and send a text, WhatsApp or email a few hours later, in your name, with a link straight to the review form. Nothing to remember and nothing to install on your phone.

Under the hood

  • Triggered by your booking, invoice or CRM
  • SMS, WhatsApp or email – your choice, your wording
  • Timed to land after the work, not during it
  • One follow-up if there's no reply
  • A drafted reply for every review, ready to post
  • An alert when a review needs a human

03 · what you get

A review count that keeps climbing.

Most businesses ask nobody, so their rating is set by whoever was angriest. Ask everyone and it settles where your work actually is – and the count climbs every month you're trading. Reviews compound: each one makes the next customer likelier to choose you, and likelier to review you too.

05 · questions people ask before they say yes

Is asking customers for reviews allowed?

Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask. What it forbids is paying for reviews, asking only the customers you expect to be happy, or writing them yourself. We do none of those.

Do you filter out unhappy customers?

No. Review gating is against Google's policy and can get reviews removed. Everyone gets asked. In practice, people who had a good experience are far more likely to tap the link, so the rating moves towards where your work actually is.

Which tools does it work with?

Anything that knows when a job is done: booking systems, invoicing, card machines, CRMs, job-management apps, or a spreadsheet you already keep. If it has an export or an API, we can trigger from it.

Do customers have to install anything?

No. They get an ordinary text, WhatsApp or email with a link. One tap opens your Google review form, and they're done in the time it takes to pick a number of stars.

What if a bad review comes in?

You get an alert with a drafted reply within minutes, and a call from us if it's serious. A calm, specific reply to a bad review is one of the most persuasive things on your profile.

How long until the first review request goes out?

Usually a couple of weeks from first call to first send. Most of that is writing messages you're happy to put your name to.

Can I stop?

Yes. It's month to month, and everything we build for you – the messages, the cards, the connections – stays yours.
