ai chatbot — answers at 2am
AI Chatbot.
An assistant on your website and WhatsApp that answers the questions you answer every day – prices, hours, availability, 'do you do this' – in your voice, instantly, and books the ones that are ready. It hands over to a human the moment it should.
01 · the problem
The question arrives at 9pm. The answer arrives tomorrow.
Most enquiries are the same twenty questions, and most arrive when nobody's watching the inbox. By the time you reply, they've asked two competitors and one of them answered. The answers weren't hard. The timing was.
What changes
- Instant answers, 24 hours a day, from your own information
- Books, quotes or collects details when the visitor is ready
- Hands over to you – with the transcript – the moment it's out of its depth
- Says 'I don't know' rather than making something up

02 · how it works
Ask. Answer. Hand over.
We train the assistant on what you actually say: your site, your price list, your FAQs, the emails you've sent a hundred times. It answers from that and only that. When someone wants to book or needs a person, it does the handoff cleanly – to your calendar, your inbox or your phone – with the conversation attached.
Under the hood
- Trained on your own content – nothing invented
- Website widget and WhatsApp, the same brain
- Books into your calendar, or collects a lead
- Human handoff with the full transcript
- Your tone, your rules: what to say, what never to say
- Every conversation reviewed for the first month

03 · what you get
Your best answers, on every channel, all night.
The assistant doesn't replace the person who knows the business – it's that person's answers, available while they're asleep. Most conversations end in a booking, a lead or a satisfied 'thanks'; the hard ones reach you already half done, with everything the visitor said.
In the box
- The assistant, trained and live on your site and WhatsApp
- Calendar or CRM connected for bookings and leads
- Handoff rules and a human fallback

One setup. One flat monthly. No contract.
Setup is the training and the connections; the monthly covers the assistant's running costs, the transcript review and retraining. Priced by conversation volume, not per message – we give you the figure on the call, in the first five minutes.

Month to month. Your content and your transcripts stay yours.
05 · questions people ask before they say yes
Will it make things up?
It answers from your content only and is told to say when it doesn't know. Before it goes live we test it against the questions you'd hate it to get wrong, and we review transcripts every month.
Can it book appointments?
Yes. Connected to your calendar or booking tool, it offers real slots and confirms. If you'd rather it only collected details for you to follow up, it does that instead.
What about WhatsApp?
Same assistant, on your business number. Customers message you the way they always did; the assistant answers, and hands over to you when it should.
How does the handoff work?
On a trigger you set – a request for a person, a question it can't answer, a complaint – it tells the visitor someone will follow up and sends you the whole conversation. You reply from your own inbox or phone.
Is it obvious it's a bot?
It says so if asked, and we recommend a short line in the greeting. People don't mind a bot that's useful; they mind one that pretends.
How long to launch?
Two to three weeks: a week gathering content, a week training and testing, then live with us watching the first conversations.
Can I stop?
Yes, monthly. The training material and the transcripts are yours.
next step
Fifteen minutes to see whether it fits your business. If it doesn't, we'll say so and you've lost a coffee break.
