bookings & appointments — on autopilot
Booking Automation.
Every missed call gets a text back in seconds, every booking gets a reminder, and every no-show gets a rebooking link. Your phone still rings – you just stop losing the jobs you couldn't pick up.
01 · the problem
The jobs you lose are the calls you miss.
A tradesperson on a roof, a salon mid-cut, a clinic already on the phone: the call goes to voicemail, and most people don't leave one – they ring the next name on the list. The work was yours for the taking. You just weren't free at that exact second.
What changes
- A missed call gets a text within seconds: sorry we missed you – book here, or reply and we'll call back
- The link opens your live calendar, not a form that emails you
- Reminders the day before and the hour before, with one-tap reschedule
- No-shows get a polite rebooking link the same day

02 · how it works
Missed. Texted. Booked.
We connect your phone line, your calendar and whatever runs the diary – a booking tool, a CRM or a shared calendar – and put the automation between them. A call you don't answer triggers the text; a booking triggers the reminders; a no-show triggers the follow-up. Nothing to remember, and nothing for your customers to install.
Under the hood
- Missed-call detection on your existing number
- Text-back with your live booking link, in your name
- Reminders by SMS, WhatsApp or email
- One-tap reschedule and cancel
- No-show follow-up with a rebooking link
- Every conversation logged against the customer

03 · what you get
A diary that fills itself.
Most businesses only book the customers who reach them on the first try. Catch the ones who didn't, remind the ones who did, and re-catch the ones who forgot: the diary fills up without anyone chasing, and the no-show rate drops because people were reminded.

04 · the offer
One setup. One flat monthly. No contract.
Setup connects the line, the calendar and the messages; the monthly covers sending, reminders, follow-ups and the report. Priced by how many calls you take, not per booking – so we give you the figure on the call, in the first five minutes.
- 01
Setup
We connect your number and calendar, write the texts with you, and test the first missed call together.
- 02
Monthly
Text-backs, reminders, follow-ups, logging and the weekly report. One flat figure.
- 03
Term
Month to month. If it isn't filling the diary, stop – no notice period, no argument.
05 · questions people ask before they say yes
Does it work with my existing phone number?
Yes. Nothing about your number or your phone changes. We detect the missed call and send the text from a business line in your name; replies come straight back to you.
Which calendars and booking tools?
Google and Outlook calendars, and most booking tools – Calendly, Fresha, Jobber and the like. If yours has an API or a calendar sync, we can connect it; we'll confirm on the call.
Won't customers find the texts annoying?
One text after a missed call, one or two reminders, one follow-up after a no-show. Every message has your name on it and a way to stop. In practice people thank you for the reminder.
What if someone replies to the text?
It lands with you – on your phone, in your inbox or in your CRM, whichever you prefer. The automation handles the routine; the conversation stays yours.
Can it take deposits?
If your booking tool supports payments, the link can require one. A deposit is the single most effective no-show fix, and we'll tell you if you need it.
How long until it's live?
Usually a week or two. Most of it is writing messages you're happy to put your name to, and testing the missed-call path end to end.
Can I stop?
Yes, monthly. The messages, the templates and the connections stay yours.
next step
Fifteen minutes to see whether it fits your business. If it doesn't, we'll say so and you've lost a coffee break.
